Terms & Conditions

A legal disclaimer

These Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) outline the policies and expectations between BFIT (“Trainer”) and the undersigned (“Client”). By signing below, the Client agrees to the following:

 

No Refund Policy

All payments made to BFIT are non-refundable under any circumstances. Please ensure you are fully committed before purchasing training packages or sessions.

 

 

Scheduling & Attendance

  • Sessions must be scheduled in advance and attended on time.

  • Clients are expected to notify BFIT at least 24 hours in advance if unable to attend.

  • In cases of illness or emergencies, a make-up session may be arranged at the Trainer’s discretion.

  • No-call, no-show sessions will be forfeited and may result in an additional fee charged to the card on file.

 

 

 

Expiration of Sessions

All training packages and sessions must be used within the timeframe outlined at the time of purchase. Unused sessions after the expiration date are forfeited.

Payment & Fees

  • Payments are due in full prior to the start of training.

  • Late or declined payments may result in suspension of training until payment is resolved.

  • Additional fees may apply for late cancellations or no-shows.

Health & Safety

  • The Client affirms that they are physically fit and capable of participating in an exercise program.

  • The Client agrees to disclose any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns prior to training.

  • The Trainer is not a medical professional and is not responsible for diagnosing or treating injuries.

Liability Waiver

The Client understands that participation in physical training involves risks of injury. By signing this Agreement, the Client releases BFIT and its trainers from any liability for injuries, accidents, or damages that may occur during or after training sessions.

Code of Conduct

  • Clients must respect the Trainer, equipment, and training environment.

  • Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in termination of services without refund.

 

 

Termination of Services

 

 

BFIT reserves the right to terminate this Agreement and cease training services at any time if policies are not followed.
